Now that I am older, I realized the importance of taking care of one’s health. “Health is wealth.” they say. And I so believe them. If one is healthy, she can definitely rule the world! That is why manufacturing and selling of food supplements like natural colon cleansers and the likes is a profitable business.

Come Monday, we are going to hold a Red Cross blood-letting activity. I have been wanting to donate blood for the longest time but health problems like anemia and myoma prevent me from doing so. It’s frustrating if you ask me!
