Not Getting Any Younger

An old friend came to visit me this morning at work and I am more than delighted to be seeing her again. She is some years older than me and she was once a mentor when I was about graduate from college. Nothing has really changed since we last met except that the inevitable signs of aging are starting to show up. Being the vain woman that she is, she shared that she is considering taking hgh to somehow reverse those dreaded signs.

I also learned that she is still working with an NGO. She is enjoying her work but feels that she needs to switch jobs and find something fulfilling to do. Hopefully, her plans of transferring to a better job will be pushed through this year because like what she said, she is not getting any younger.
