Useful Medical Information

Because we put high value on research, almost all of our graduating students in our university are required to submit a thesis before they graduate. Some of our nursing students this year read about Medical Marijuana Colorado and were interested to conduct an experimental research on medical use of marijuana.

Our students wanted to prove if cannabis can effective in treating various ailments like arthritis, asthma, epilepsy, glaucoma, schizophrenia, migraine and others, based on the House of Lords report, The Therapeutic Uses of Cannabis - Second Report, 2001. But unlike some states in the US, medical use of marijuana is not allowed in our county yet so their research can’t be implemented yet.
