I am a Lousy Gift Giver!

In 4 days time, the Husband - my Husband, will be celebrating his 20-something birthday! He is away during most of this week and I have plenty of time to come up with a special something for him. I share the sentiments of many of my girl friends - we find it difficult to shop for gifts for men. If asked what to buy for a male boss or friend or husband, my usual answer would be hankerchiefs, or socks or pens! It is that hard! Or maybe I am just uncreative. :D I know, I know, I need to be more resourceful and create something for the most, super loving man on Earth. (OK, I am exaggerating but that's the way I see him!) It would be nice to give him a personalized mouse pad (with our picture on it. :D). Some years ago, I made digisrapped photo of him and Therese and placed it in a picture frame. I know he loved it! Hmm... What do I give him this year? Think. Think. Think.

On the other hand, I find it much easier to find gifts for cute and adorable babies. I know I should be looking for one soon since a former officemate will have her baby girl baptized soon. I can choose toys or cute clothings, books or pretty stuff for the baby's room. But I need to check on my budget first!
